Prospective students

We seek highly motivated students interested in the graduate programs available at KIST. Our research focuses on polymer chemistry and applications for the renewable energy industry. These include the development of polymers for ion-exchange membranes and catalysts used in electrochemical applications such as fuel cells and CO2 reduction.

석/박사(통합)과정 대학원생 및 박사후연구원 수시 채용

KIST 청정에너지연구센터에서 학위 연구를 수행하면서, 동시에 고려대학교 등 유수대학에서 학위를 취득하는 프로그램을 안내드립니다.

저희 연구실은 고분자 화학을 바탕으로 청정에너지 산업에 응용할 수 있는 핵심 기술을 개발합니다. 현재 중점을 두고 있는 연구분야는 2050 탄소중립 실현을 위한 이산화탄소 전환용 이온교환 바인더/멤브레인 개발, 고분자 기반 촉매기술 개발 등이 있습니다. KIST에서는 전기화학적 유용물질 생산을 목표로 국내 최고의 e-Chemical 연구팀을 구축하여 하나의 팀으로 긴밀하게 공동연구 중입니다. 이에 학생은 고분자, 촉매, 반응기, 시스템, 공정에 이르기까지 다양한 분야를 배우고, 개인의 연구역량 및 성과를 크게 발전시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.

우리 연구실은 모두가 젊고 열정적인 구성원들로 이루어져 있습니다. 사전 약속 없이도 그때그때 디스커션이 가능하고, 자유롭고 수평적인 분위기 속에서 연구에 매진할 수 있습니다.
직접 지도 가능 (도제식 교육)
우리 연구실은 신생 연구실로서 아직 학생 수가 많지 않습니다. 한 사람 한 사람 모두 신경써서 이론, 실험, 논문 작성법, 최신 연구 동향 파악에 이르기까지 모두 직접 지도가 가능합니다.
